Runaway leader Tyrrell Hatton extended his advantage to five shots on the final day of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship.
The Englishman, hoping to clinch his first European Tour title this week, began his fourth round on 17 under, three strokes ahead of nearest challenger and countryman Ross Fisher.
But three consecutive birdies from the third and another at the ninth on Sunday saw Hatton reach the turn on 21 under and open up a five-shot gap at the top of the leaderboard.
After safely parring the first and second, Hatton rolled in his birdie putt from six feet at the third before draining a 25-foot putt at the next to pick up another shot.
The 24 year old's long-range eagle putt at the fifth narrowly missed the hole but he was able to tap in from a few feet for another gain.
And after making pars at the next three holes, Hatton sunk his 20 foot birdie putt at the ninth to cover the front nine in 32.
Among the group hoping to hunt Hatton down on the back nine were Fisher and South African Richard Sterne, who were both on 16 under after nine holes.
German duo Florian Fritsch and Martin Kaymer and Swede Joakim Lagergren were another stroke back in a share of fourth place.
Meanwhile, home favourite Marc Warren moved up to 14 under on Sunday after making three gains on his front nine.
