GolfSixes draw to be broadcast live on Sky Sports News HQ

GolfSixes week gets under way in earnest tonight when the group stage draw is broadcast live on Sky Sport News HQ.

Fans can tune in from 6 pm when Kirsty Gallacher will present the draw, with Sky Sports Golf correspondents Nick Dougherty and Henni Zuel drawing the teams.

The inaugural GolfSixes tournament takes place at Centurion Club in St Albans on May 6-7. The revolutionary new short form of golf sees  two-man teams from 16 nations competing around a six-hole circuit for a prize fund of €1 million - and tickets are available now atwww.golfsixes.com/tickets

Group stage draw

The teams seeded 1-4 have been allocated in order to groups A-D. During tonight's draw, the remaining 12 teams will be drawn from three pots to create four groups of four teams, with the group stage matches to be played on Saturday May 6.

10. Netherlands(Joost Luiten, Reinier Saxton)

11. Belgium(Nicolas Colsaerts, Thomas Detry)

14. Portugal(Ricardo Gouveia, José-Filipe Lima)

The top two teams from each group progress to the knockout stages – the quarter-finals, the semi-finals, a 3rd/4th place play-off match and the final – all of which will be contested on Sunday May 7.
