Genworth Stats Pack - Round 3 Review

Richard Sterne finally dropped his first shot of the week on his 51st hole today. After three rounds he leads the Genworth Greens in Regulation statistic with 88.9% (alongside Peter Uihlein), and he also heads up the Par 4 Scoring on his own with a 3.74 average. Everything seems to be in great shape, chipping, putting and even a superb bunker shot at the 18th today (his first bunker shot of the week). Richard will take some beating in the final round. The only question mark against him is the fact that this is the second week in a row that he is contending for the title, which may be a little draining.

Trevor Fisher Jnr added another seven birdies to his tally for the week, which now stands at an incredible 22 after three rounds (that’s three more birdies than any other player). He leads the Par 3 Scoring with a 2.58 average (alongside Felipe Aguilar, David Drysdale, James Kamte and Garth Mulroy), and he also tops the Par 5 Scoring on his own with an imperious 4.00 average. Looking at his Genworth Statistics there is only one red blip, which is his Scrambling at 6/11 (ranking him 44th of the 69 players that made the cut).
