Victor RIU -3
Victor Riu converted one eagle and three birdies against two bogeys on this way to a first round 68. The 28 year old French golfer was one of only three players to break 70 over the tough St Omer course and in doing so he leads the Par 5 Scoring with a 4.00 average. Victor is the best placed Frenchman by two shots with Olivier Rozner as his nearest home soil challenger on -1.

Daniel BROOKS -2
Daniel Brooks played a very steady round of golf except for the three Par 5 holes, where incredibly he made two eagles and an eight (producing lots of drama for the spectators).
