Frederic Lacroix: What’s in the bag?

Following his maiden DP World Tour title at the Danish Golf Championship, we take a look inside the bag of Frederic Lacroix.

For the first time this season he removed his five wood and swapped it out for a 20-degree Callaway Apex UT 24 utility iron at Lübker Golf Resort.

Lacroix also switched to a new version of the Ai-ONE Jailbird Mini DB in Denmark, one of three putter models he has used so far this season. Previously, he used the Odyssey Tri Hot 5K One, Odyssey White Hot OG 7, along with a previous edition of the Ai-ONE Jailbird Mini DB.

The 2023 European Challenge Tour graduate used a three-wedge setup for his first 13 events of the 2024 season. He added an extra wedge at the KLM Open and has used a four-wedge setup for his four subsequent DP World Tour starts.

Lacroix, who finished in the top five in three successive starts either side of the new year, switched his lob wedge to the new Callaway Opus at the BMW International Open, which has coincided with back-to-back top 20s before his breakthrough win on Sunday.

At the top of his bag, he uses a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke TD Max for his driver and the Paradym Ai Smoke TD for his three wood. He has the Callaway Apex UT 24 irons from four up to nine.

Lacroix uses a Titleist Pro V1 ball, from the 2023 range.
