France's DP World Tour stars continued to shine as Langasque made history and Guerrier went low on day three of the 2023 DS Automobiles Italian Open.
Here is everything you need to know from Moving Day at Marco Simone Golf & Country Club.
Langasque breaks course record
Romain Langasque made spectacular progress on day three, carding seven birdies in his first 15 holes to grab a share of the lead on nine under par. But the best was yet to come, as he drove the par-four 16th and rolled in his eagle putt from 21 feet to reach 11 under. The Frenchman then closed his round with back-to-back pars to sign for a bogey-free 62 and set a new course record. He is just one shot off the lead heading into the final round. He said: "I did not expect nine under, I didn't expect to shoot a very low score on this course because it's quite a tough course."
Guerrier hits the front
Langasque's countryman Julien Guerrier leads the way after he carded eight birdies and three bogeys in a third-round 66 to get to 12 under. The 37-year-old, who is aiming to win his maiden DP World Tour title on Sunday, took the outright lead with a closing birdie after getting up and down from a greenside bunker at the 18th.

And he did his chances no harm with a sensational display in Rome on Saturday, posting a 66 to get within one of leader Guerrier.
