Bradley Dredge has already set his sights on winning the Made in Denmark in 2017 after finishing runner-up at Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort for the second time.
The Welshman finished second at the inaugural event to Marc Warren and then sixth in 2016 on a layout that he readily admits suits his eye and his game.
He came into the final round on Sunday with a one-shot lead and despite a double-bogey on the second, he regained that on the back nine as he went in search of a first European Tour win in almost ten years.
The 43 year old made a huge birdie putt on the last but could not catch Thomas Pieters, who finished with three birdies to take the title by a single stroke.

Dredge admitted to some frustration at not getting over the line but he has four top tens this season and feels his game is in a good place.
"I knew I was playing pretty good," he said. "I struggled a bit with the driver on the weekend which was a bit annoying. I really got my eye in on the greens today which was nice.
"There's loads of positives. I just have to practice the wedge game and hopefully I'll be up there again.
"I'm in a good position but I want to win some tournaments. It's nice to come in second but at the end of the day, I want to be holding the trophy. I'll come back next year and have another go.
"I really enjoy it here. I get on well with the guys and enjoy the golf course. The crowds are great, so I'll always be back."
American David Lipsky fired a bogey-free 67 to follow-up his sixth place last week in Prague with a tie for third in Farsø, and he is looking forward to next week's Omega European Masters, an event he won in 2014.
"I played well today," he said. "I shot bogey-free four under. If at the start of the day, you told me I would have shot that, I would have taken it.
"But obviously Thomas played really well coming down the stretch and hats off to him. I'm pretty happy with my round.
"I finished sixth last week and third this week, so hopefully I can jump up three places again."
Spaniard Adrian Otaegui finished alongside Lipsky after a 67 and was delighted to seal a second top five of the season.

"I played solid the whole four days," he said. "It was very, very regular, very solid play.
"Obviously there are a couple of guys who played better than me but I'm happy with the way I felt on the course after a big summer break.
"I think I worked well from Monday to Wednesday, so I'm very happy now to be like this on Sunday."
