Jamie Donaldson continued to dominate as the third round of the Nedbank Golf Challenge began in Sun City.
The 38 year old Welshman held a two shot lead at the halfway stage, but birdied the fourth and fifth this morning to stretch his advantage to four strokes.
Race to Dubai winner Henrik Stenson, home favourite Charl Schwartzel, Dane Thomas Björn and American Ryan Moore were all on nine under par – with former Masters Tournament winner Schwartzel making the biggest move.
Last week’s Alfred Dunhill Championship winner had three birdies in his first seven holes having spoken of his fondness for this event earlier in the week.
Moore and Björn both got to ten under to reduce the gap back to three, but Schwartzel fell five off the pace after his approach found water at the long ninth.
