64- Defending champion Brett Rumford posted an opening round of 64, the lowest opening round in the two years since this event began.

29- Rumford played his first nine holes, the back nine, in 29 shots, lower than anyone else today.

5- The Australian, who hails from Perth, was five under on the Super 6 holes today - the 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th and 18th.

2015- The six-time European Tour winner hasn't posted such a low opening round since the 2015 Tshwane Open.

16- Rumford found 16 Greens in Regulation.

94- Andrew 'Beef' Johnston made an eagle on his first hole, the 369-yard par four tenth, holing out with his second shot from 94 yards with a 52-degree wedge.

2- There are two men in the field who have previously won at Lake Karrinyup Country Club - Rumford (2017 ISPS HANDA World Super 6 Perth) and Thorbjørn Olesen (2014 ISPS HANDA Perth International).

210- Zander Lombard made an albatross at the par five 15th. The South African used a two-iron from 210 yards to temporarily move him into a share of second.

2- Lombard's albatross is the second of the season, following Ryan Fox's in Malaysia last week.

1 - Min Woo Lee is the only amateur in this week's field. The Australian started with a round of three under par.
