Undulating/Flat – First 4 and last 2 holes are very undulating as they are built on sand dunes.
Treelined/exposed – Many trees and shrubs on the course
Water Hazards – Very few hazards
Changes to the Course - Par 3, 15th hole, was re-designed and re-located to prevent flooding problems.
