Grasses
Greens - Annual Meadow Grass & Bent Grass, various ratios
Tees/Fairways - Annual Meadow Grass & Bent Grass
Rough - Rye Grass mixed with others
Fairways
Fairways are cut at 11mm, are in excellent condition and all are tree-lined but quite generous in width.
Rough
The semi-rough is cut at 40mm and the rough cut at 80mm. There is one band of semi-rough 3 metres wide.
Greens
The greens are running at a very consistent speed despite the fact that some have been reconstucted in recent years and contain a different ratio of grasses. Running at 10.4 on Tuesday of tournament week.
General
It is a very good test of golf, with tree lined holes and punishing rough. The signature hole is the 18th - a 190 metre par 3 with water to the right of the green.
