Terms and Conditions
General
The promoter for the purpose of this prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is PGA European Tour, a company limited by guarantee (registered no. 1867610) whose registered office is at Wentworth Drive, Virginia Water, Surrey GU25 4LX (the “Tour”, “we” or “us”).
The Prize Draw is governed by: (i) the terms and conditions set out below; and (ii) the European Tour Competition – Terms and Conditions, a copy of which can be found here (together, the “Terms and Conditions”). By entering into the Prize Draw, in accordance with the mechanics set out below, you are deemed to have accepted and will be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
How to Enter
To be entered into the Prize Draw you must, between midday on 10 April 2019 and midday on 24 April 2019 (the “Entry Period”), complete the entry process by completing the online entry form (found at http://www.europeantour.com/myeuropeantour/competitions/win-year-supply-callaway-chrome-soft-golf-balls) and correctly answering the question included on that form.
If either of the conditions to entry above are not completed within the Entry Period, you will not be entered in to the Prize Draw. Entries which select the incorrect answer to the question on the online entry form will not be considered valid entries.
Eligibility
The Prize Draw is open only to legal residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, associates, officers, directors and contractors of the Tour, or persons residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate in or to win the Prize Draw.
Prize
The winner of the Prize Draw, chosen in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, will, receive one prize (the “Prize”) consisting of 6 (six) dozen Callaway Chrome Soft X golf balls.
Selection of the Winner
There will be only one winner. The winner will be chosen by us, after midday on 24 April 2019, at random from all valid entries who correctly answered the question included on the online entry form (the chosen winner being the “Winner”). The Winner will be notified of their win, via email (using the address provided on the online entry form), by 5pm on the same day. If the Winner does not respond to us by 5pm on 26 April 2019 or if the Winner is not eligible to claim the prize, we reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, either withdraw the Prize from the Winner or to offer the prize to another entrant. In such circumstances, the relevant original Winner will have no right to insist on receiving the Prize.
Conflict in terms
Incorporated into these terms and conditions are the Tour’s general terms and conditions in respect of competitions, a copy of which can be found here. You should read these before entering.
To the extent there is any conflict between the terms set out above and the European Tour Competition – Terms and Conditions, the terms set out above shall prevail.
* A year’s supply is considered to be six dozen golf balls, in line with the above description of the Prize.
