Every hole-in-one means a lot to any golfer…but some mean a little bit more.

Omega Dubai Desert Classic: The BMW Hole-in-one Prize

There have been 28 aces during the long and storied history of the Omega Dubai Desert Classic but only three on the 190-yard par three 15th, with the last coming in 2012 courtesy of double winner at the Emirates Golf Club, Stephen Gallacher.

This week, there’s an extra incentive for the field to find that one, perfect shot on 15, namely the incredible prize on offer for the first player to make a hole-in-one during competition rounds on the Majlis Course.

That prize? A spectacularBMW M850i xDrive Coupe worth €140,000.

History shows that holes-in-one on the 15th hole of the respected Karl Litten layout are hard to come by, however.
