Home hero Thomas Bjørn will switch his focus to the Ryder Cup after a special week of celebration at the Made in Denmark.
The 46 year old Dane posted a closing 69 at Himmerland Golf & Spa Resort on Sunday to finish his 500th European Tour event on four under par.
Thursday's opening round saw thousands of fans wearing 'Thomas Bjørn masks' welcome the man himself to the 16th green, while some treated him to a rendition of his beloved Liverpool FC's anthem 'You’ll Never Walk Alone'.

Bjørn said this week's event will live long in the memory but he is ready to begin a new chapter in his career as he looks forward to next year's Ryder Cup in France.
European Captain Bjørn said: "My golf wasn't really in focus this week. It was more everything else that went on and I came in with that attitude.
"I'm really delighted that the week has gone the way it has. It's one I'll remember for the rest of my life.
"Five hundred is a lot when you start putting them down on a list. I've enjoyed every single one of them.
"Hopefully I have a few more left in me but the next 18 months will really be about the Ryder Cup for me now. We have the qualification starting next week and that really brings it into focus for me.
"A lot of my time will now be about the guys making the Ryder Cup team and keeping an eye on how the team is shaping up.
"Next week is obviously an important milestone in any captain’s journey and I look forward to seeing it all unfold."
The 15-time European Tour winner spoke highly of this week's event, which saw thousands of local fans come out to support the players.
He added: "It's been an unbelievable experience, obviously for me, but I think it's safe to say that everybody who comes enjoys the week.
"It's just a very special tournament. It's a very special place to come and watch golf and play golf.
"It's not the biggest country in the world but it's certainly a proud one. And you forget when you're out in the world and playing golf there's so many people following you, getting behind you and taking an interest.
"And to come home and experience it is so special."
