The Ballroom at this year’s Amgen Irish Open gives guests the chance to enjoy Hospitality in the Slieve Donard hotel located minutes away from Royal County Down. Find out more below.
CAR PARKING
Guests will receive one car parking pass per two places in the week before the event. Lead purchasers can now access their car parking passes by logging into their MyTour account.
Guests should show this pass to access Bryansford GAC car park, CP4. Click here for travel and parking information. Guests should follow the signs to CP4 - Green Car Park.
Shuttle buses will be running between CP4 and Downs Road Car Park. From here you walk up Golf Links Road and follow the signage to Ballroom Hospitality.

ACCESS
Upon arrival to the Ballroom Entrance at the Slieve Donard Hotel, you will need to present your e-ticket to be scanned for entry. You will be provided with a wristband, which will give you access to the course and back to your hospitality area throughout the day.
DINING
Upon arrival at Ballroom, you’ll be provided a table number - this table will be yours for the day. A continental breakfast will be served from food stations, supplemented by items that can be ordered from the kitchen. A three-course lunch will be served on your return from the course, and afternoon tea will be served from the food stations for you to enjoy at your leisure. Enjoy attentive hospitality provided by The Slieve Donard hotel throughout the day.
CLOAKROOM AND FACILITIES
There will cloakroom facilities located in the Ballroom.
