Car Parking
All Premium Experience Guests with Car parking passes, should use Car Park 2. Should you need a pass for a larger vehicle, please contact premium@europeantourgroup.com with the relevant booking reference.

Do I need to print my ticket out?
No, you can present your e-ticket on your phone.
When am I due to receive my tickets?
Digital tickets will be shared with customers via the registered email address, the majority of which were fulfilled during the month of May. If you have purchased recently and have not received your tickets, please contact ticketing@europeantourgroup.com referencing your booking ID.
Premium Experience packages (Green on 18 and Range Club)
Will my special dietary requirements be catered for?
Please contact premium@europeantourgroup.comwith any dietary requirements asap and by 23rd June at the latest, please reference your booking ID.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and other requirements will be catered for, and advance notice of these will help in event day delivery for a great guest experience. Please also advise of any severe allergies by the above date.
Is there complimentary WIFI available?
Yes.
Dress Code
It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. Appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury. Please check the weather forecast before you set off on your journey. Blue denim are not permitted in the Clubhouse or within Hospitality.
What is the policy on bringing children into hospitality?
As this is an area where alcohol is served. We would recommend that Hospitality is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age and remind our customers that all customers must have a valid ticket to enter the hospitality area . We don't have a discounted children's rate for Premium Experiences purchases. For any questions or clarification, please contact; premium@europeantourgroup.com.

Saturday evening headliners
Hermitage Green, an Irish acoustic folk rock band, will play just one other Irish gig ahead of the Horizon Irish Open before embarking on a UK tour with Paloma Faith and their own US tour later this year. The band previously played the tournament when it was staged in Lahinch in 2019.
Sunday evening’s headliner
17 year old Allie Sherlock will play her first headline gig. Allie performed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in the US in 2018 and boasts over five million YouTube subscribers.
