Transport:
TRAVEL BY CAR
Public parking will be adjacent to the Royal Birkdale Clubhouse and The Common. Please follow signs to the Royal Birkdale Golf Course, is well signposted on major road networks. Follow the yellow AA event signage which will direct you to the FREE ‘public car park’ for the Cazoo Classic, located off A565, Waterloo Road. From there, it will be a short walk to the public entrance.
Please do not follow your sat nav to the main entrance of Hillside Golf Course as there will be no access for spectators’ vehicles along Hastings Road.
DISABLED CUSTOMERS
There will be dedicated disabled spaces on site for spectators whose vehicles display a blue badge. Wheelchair users will need to contact Ticketing@europeantourgroup.com in order to make arrangements in advance and gain admission to site.
If arriving by train, kindly be aware that Hillside does not offer step free access. Please disembark at Birkdale Station where there are lift facilities. The station will provide a taxi service from the station to the golf course, please call ahead to book 0151 555 1111.
TRAIN
Hillside Station is a 5-minute walk to the Welcome Tent.
TAXI/UBER
Taxi and Uber drop off and collection will be Car Park 2

Grandstand Seating:
Sit and enjoy the action.
Free Spectator grandstand seating is available at the 18th Green – 748 seats
NO SMOKING in the grandstands or viewing platforms. Alcohol will be permitted on the grandstands at this event. Spectators are kindly asked not to stand in the grandstands during play.
Additional Seating:
There are seating areas located in the Championship Village surrounding the food outlets, big screen, and exhibitions. There are also seating areas at each of the on-course public catering outlets.
Leaderboards:
Live leaderboards are located across holes 3, 9, 12, 14, 16, 17 and 18. Big Screen in Championship Village
Championship Village:
The Championship Village is where it’s all happening off the golf course and where you will find plenty of seating to relax. There will also be a Giant TV screen so there is no need to miss any of the golf. There will be fun activities for the whole family, retail units and food and drink outlets ensuring that the golf course is not the only place where the action is happening.
