DP World Tour First Stage Qualifying School took place at The Players Club in Bristol this week, with 19 players qualifying on scores of plus five or better and now have direct access to the Second Stage and the opportunity to earn their card for 2023.
Scotsman Michael Stewart, Englishman David Wicks and Norwegian Andreas Halvorsen finished on four under par to share first place. Stewart had a glittering amateur career winning the Scottish Boys in 2008 before adding the Scottish Amateur two years later and is now looking to secure playing rights on the DP World Tour.
The Second Stage of DP World Tour Qualifying School will be played across four venues in Spain from November 3-6.
