A second hole-in-one in the space of five weeks helped Sweden's Rikard Karlberg set the clubhouse target in the final round of the BMW PGA Championship on Sunday.
Karlberg recorded an ace in the opening round of the China Open at the end of April and won a new car.
There was no prize to be won for holing out with a nine iron from 154 yards on the second hole at Wentworth Club, but it did kick-start a front nine of 30 and a brilliant closing 65 to see the 29 year old finish eight under par.
At one stage that was enough for the outright lead, only for England's Chris Wood to go one better on the front nine to equal the tournament record set by Masters Tournament champion Danny Willett on Friday.
Wood, who won a BMW i8 for a hole-in-one during last year's final round and went on to finish fourth, began the day three shots behind Australian Scott Hend but carded four birdies and an eagle on the fourth to race to the turn in 29.
That gave the 28 year old a three-shot lead over former US PGA Champion Y E Yang, with Julien Quesne and Tyrrell Hatton alongside Karlberg on eight under.
Overnight leader Hend had slumped down the leaderboard after playing the first eight holes in five over par, including a double bogey on the first after taking two shots to escape from a fairway bunker.
Wood's lead was cut to two when he dropped his first shot of the day on the tenth, only for Yang to bogey the same hole in the group behind.
And when Wood's approach to the 11th span back to within two feet of the hole to set up a tap-in birdie, the World Number 54 found himself four clear with seven holes to play.
