• The first wire-to-wire winner of the 2014 European Tour season.

• The first time since 2011 that there have been three consecutive debut WGC winners. • The tenth American victory in the WGC – Cadillac Championship.

• Becomes the 194th American victory in European Tour history.

• Becomes the 83rd different American to win on The European Tour.

• Gains a place 2015 Volvo Golf Champions. (Already qualified for the 2014 WGC – Bridgestone Invitational).
