· Becomes the fourth multiple winner of the 2014 season. They are: Rory McIlroy (BMW PGA Championship. The 143rd Open Championship, WGC – Bridgestone Invitational and US PGA Championship), Miguel Angel Jiménez (Hong Kong Open (Dec 13) and Open de Espaňa), Alexander Levy (Volvo China Open and Portugal Masters) and Mikko Ilonen (Irish Open and Volvo World Match Play Championship).
· Victory came on his debut in the Volvo World Match Play Championship.
