Kiradech Aphibarnrat - celebrates his winning putt at the Shenzhen International

• His second European Tour International Schedule victory in his 60th European Tour event.

• Moves to 704,839 points in The Race to Dubai.

• Could move into the top 80 of the Official World Golf Ranking from 116th.

• His first European Tour title since the 2013 Maybank Malaysian Open. This is a gap of two years and 26 days.

• In that time has played in 33 European Tour events between victories.

• His best European Tour performance from the 33 events since his last victory was a tie for fourth in the 2015 True Thailand Classic presented by Black Mountain.

• His second consecutive top four finish after his tied fourth in his last European Tour outing at the True Thailand Classic presented by Black Mountain. (Is his third top five finish of the 2015 European Tour season to date, his first coming in the Nedbank Golf Change, where he claimed fifth place).

• Maintains his 100% record of winning both his European Tour titles when leading going into the final round. (Led by two going into the final day of the 2013 Maybank Malaysian Open, which was cut to 54 holes, before eventually winning by one shot).

• The eighth win this season by a player leading or sharing the lead going into the final round. (Of those eight, four of them have been in the last four European Tour events. They are: George Coetzee (Tshwane Open), Richie Ramsay (Trophée Hassan II), Jordan Spieth (Masters Tournament) and Kiradech Aphibarnrat (Shenzhen International).

• The first Thai winner on The European Tour since Thongchai Jaidee, who won the 2014 Nordea Masters.

• Becomes the tenth Thai victory in European Tour history.

• Becomes only the second Thai player to record multiple European Tour victories, following Thongchai Jaidee.

• This victory extends Thailand’s run of consecutive winning years on The European Tour, to four, dating back to the 2012 season.

• His second European Tour victory comes aged 25 years and 270 days, the youngest Thai player to record multiple victories.

• Becomes the first player since Andrew Dodt (2010 Avantha Masters and 2015 True Thailand Classic presented by Black Mountain), to win their first two European Tour victories on Asian soil.

• Becomes the seventh different Asian player to record multiple European Tour victories.

• Aged 25 years and 270 days becomes the youngest Asian player to record multiple European Tour victories. This beats the existing record of Anirban Lahiri, who was 27 years and 238 days, when he won his second title at the 2015 Hero Indian Open.

• Gains his largest European Tour prize of €386,168.

• Moves over €2 million in European Tour Official Earnings.

• Gains a European Tour exemption until the end of the 2017 season.

• Gains his fourth victory as a professional. All have come in Asia and all in different countries. They are: Thailand, India, Malaysia and now China.
