• His eighth European Tour International Schedule victory in his 260th European Tour event.

• Moves to 2,528,223 in The Race to Dubai.

• Could move to fifth in the Official World Golf Ranking from seventh.

• His first European Tour victory since the 2014 Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open.

• This victory beats his previous best 2015 European Tour performance of tied second at the Masters Tournament.

• This victory in the 2015 UBS Hong Kong Open would mean he has now won in each of the last four European Tour seasons, dating back to the 2012 season. This is the first time in his European Tour career he has achieved this feat.

• Moves into second place in the current list for most consecutive winning years on The European Tour, with four, just one behind the leader, Louis Oosthuizen.

• Is his fourth consecutive top six finish on The European Tour. Was tied sixth in the 144th Open Championship, tied third in the WGC – Bridgestone Invitational, fourth in the US PGA Championship and first in the UBS Hong Kong Open.

• Victory comes in his second appearance in the UBS Hong Kong Open.

• Victory beats his previous best performance in the UBS Hong Open of tied 67th in 2011.

• Is the first Englishman to win the UBS Hong Kong Open since Ian Poulter in 2010.

• Since the UBS Hong Kong Open joined The European Tour in the 2002 season, is only the second English player to triumph, following Ian Poulter in 2010.

• His first European Tour victory on Asian soil.

• Becomes the 46 different player to win the UBS Hong Kong Open since the event began in 1959.
