• His third European Tour victory in his 101st official event means he becomes the quickest French player to win their first three events. (The previous quickest Frenchman to win their first three events was Grégory Bourdy, who took 141 events).

• Aged 26 years and 55 days becomes the youngest Frenchman to record his first three European Tour victories, beating the previous record of Grégory Bourdy, who was 27 and 204 days when he won his third at the 2009 Hong Kong Open (Nov 09).

• Now won €402,810 in his last two events. (€69,480 in the Italian Open and €333,330 in the Porsche European Open).

• Becomes the third wire-to-wire winner of the 2016 season.

• Becomes the sixth wire-to-wire winner in the history of the Porsche European Open.

• Has now won his three European Tour titles over 36 holes (2014 Portugal Masters), 54 holes (2016 Porsche European Open) and 72 holes (2014 Volvo China Open). He becomes the first man in European Tour history to claim his first three titles in this fashion.

• Joins Paul Lawrie as only the second player in European Tour history to win official events over 36, 54 and 72 holes.

• Becomes the 35th French victory in European Tour history.

• The first French victory of the 2016 European Tour season.

• Becomes the first French victory on the European Tour since Victor Dubuisson at the 2015 Turkish Airlines Open.

• Becomes the sixth consecutive winning year on the European Tour for France, dating back to the 2011 season.

• Becomes the sixth French golfer to win three or more times on the European Tour. They are: Thomas Levet (six), Grégory Bourdy and Raphaël Jacquelin (both four) and Grégory Havret, Jean-Francois Remesy and now Alexander Levy (with three).

• Maintains his 100% record of winning all three of his European Tour titles when leading going into the final round. (The 2014 Portugal Masters, his second Tour win, was cut to 36 holes).

• Becomes the 21st winner this season when leading going into the final round.

• His third win as a professional.

• Gains a European Tour exemption until the end of 2018.
