Thomas Pieters and Zach Johnson will share the lead at nine under heading into the final round of the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational.

Scott Hend (63, -8)
"I holed some putts today. I've been scrambling well all week anyway, managed to hit a few more fairways and actually holed some putts, so that was the big difference. To shoot a score around this golf course, which is obviously very difficult, and doing it at a WGC is important. It could be something special. We'll just see what happens after the boys are finished and tomorrow we'll sum up the weather conditions and see how the golf course is playing and hopefully stick to a game plan and at the end of the day we'll see what happens."
Rory McIlroy (68, -6)
"I felt like I could have got a lot more out of it. I think if I would have walked off today with a 65 or a 66, I would have felt that was a fair reflection of how I played. Left a few out there but only three behind going into tomorrow and I can get off to a fast start and try and put a bit of pressure on the guys up ahead of me. I think with how soft the golf course is and how good I'm playing and, especially where I'm hitting it off the tee, I can be as aggressive as I want to out there. I've seen some good improvements with my iron play over the past three days."
Russell Knox (68, -5)
"It's nice to birdie the last hole. Hit a great drive, good second shot, and to bury a nice long putt like that, perfect way to finish. I played beautifully all day to be honest. Even some of the dropped shots I made on the back nine was just a little unlucky, one push on the 12th hole I would like back. But all in all, my ball-striking today was where it needs to be. You can have that flawless round - five, six, seven under if you play really well. Obviously it takes a lot to do that, so we'll just wait and see how it goes."
