The Challenge Series 2013 - Episode Six

Ten events down, fifteen to go. The 2013 Challenge Tour season continues apace.

Next on the agenda a visit to Central Europe, as Austria and Germany provide the dramatic backdrops to the Karnten Golf Open presented by Mazda and the Bad Griesbach Challenge Tour by Hartl Resort.

As ever we’ll be showcasing our new generation of World class golfers and their sporting exploits with highlights from those two events – but it’s the insight into their lives off the course that makes The Challenge Series such compelling viewing.

In a perfect blend of youth and experience we take you up close and personal with former European Tour winner José-Filipe Lima before Welsh rookie Rhys Enoch turns his hand – and feet – to a spot of off-road mountain-biking.

Plus there’s a chance to meet the truly inspirational Max Glauert. He’s 6 foot 4. He’s a lifelong Bayern Munich fan. Oh, and he was born with only a thumb and little finger on his right hand.

Fresh from a top ten finish in St Omer the German finds himself very much in contention to earn a card for the European Tour next year.

All in all it’s a programme that must be seen to be believed.
