Rory McIlroy and Graeme McDowell were the stars of the show off the course as well as on it during the first round of the Irish Open presented by Discover Ireland at Killarney Golf & Fishing Club.
Thousands of fans anxious for a glimpse of Ireland's back to back US Open winners flocked to the Tented Village to fire their questions to McIlroy and McDowell in the first Q & A session hosted by broadcaster Shane O'Donoghue.
The two Ulstermen kept the captivated audience enthralled with some sharp ripostes and some entertaining stories for almost half an hour following their opening rounds.
