Richie Ramsay joined Richard Green and Graeme Storm at the top of the leaderboard after enjoying an excellent start to his round on day two of the Alstom Open de France.
The Scot, who was on two under overnight, struck four birdies in his opening 14 holes, including three of five on the back nine for a share of the lead at six under alongside Green and Storm, who tee off at 13:50 and 14:10 respectively.
Thorbjørn Olesen had briefly challenged at the top but after he bogeyed the 12th, the 21 year old dropped back to five under.
James Morrison, tied with the Dane overnight, was level par after seven holes, whilst Paul Campbell joined the duo after shooting two under through 11.
Michael Campbell leapt 47 places into a tie for seventh, with three birdies in five holes on the back nine taking him to three under for the tournament.
