Reigning Barclays Kenya Open champion Haydn Porteous is sadly an absentee from the Challenge Tour's season-opener at Karen Country Club this week, though given his success since last year's victory in Nairobi it is entirely understandable.
The 21 year old South African beat compatriot and close friend Brandon Stone in a play-off in the 2015 curtain-raiser before winning the Joburg Open in January for his maiden European Tour title - watch above as he describes his meteoric rise to the top.
