Jon Rahm made a rather impressive par during his third round at the 2018 HNA Open de France.

It was looking like for a third day running Jon Rahm would struggle on the 15th hole at Le Golf National, having made double bogey on the first two days, when his tee shot finished buried in the long fescue to the left of the fairway.

Having edged the ball out no more than 10 yards into the first cut of rough, the World Number Five then played a terrific iron shot over the water and the pin to around 20ft.

His par putt down the hill never looked like missing as it rattled the back of the cup on the sixth most difficult hole on day three.

Queue a rather large fist pump from the Spaniard.
