18 –The number of places Anders Hansen moved in the Official World Golf Ranking, from 70 to 52 to gain a place in the WGC – Accenture Match Play Championship.

64 –The lowest round of the tournament by Ricardo Gonzalez in round four. He finished tied 20th.

3 –Alvaro Quiros became the third player in European Tour history to have a hole-in-one in the final round and go onto claim the title. He follows Thongchai Jaidee (2004 Carlsberg Malaysian Open) and Miguel Angel Jiménez (2008 BMW PGA Championship).
