Graeme McDowell and Bernhard Langer were amongst the players honoured by the Golf Writers at their 39th Annual Awards Dinner in Augusta.
McDowell, winner of the US Open at Pebble Beach last June was voted the Male Player of the Year while Langer, a two time Senior Major Champion in 2010 won the Senior Player of the Year award.
