70- The number of places Darren Fichardt moved up the Official World Golf Ranking after his victory in the Africa Open and his second place in the Tshwane Open. He now currently stands at a career-high of 76th.

62– The lowest round in any of the six events held in South Africa. These were by Trevor Fisher Jnr (Joburg Open) and Adilson da Silva (Africa Open).

5– The number of South African winners from the six events staged in the country.

12– The largest winning margin by Charl Schwartzel at the Alfred Dunhill Championship. The third largest in European Tour history.

139– The lowest cut in the South African events at the Joburg Open.
