Hilton named Official Partner for the British Masters

Hilton has extended its association with The European Tour by becoming an Official Partner of the British Masters supported by Sky Sports, which takes place at Woburn Golf Club from October 8-11.

The world’s largest hospitality company is already The European Tour’s official worldwide hotel supplier, and the sponsor of the Hilton European Tour Golfer of the Month award.

Hilton has also been a sponsor at several other Race to Dubai events in 2015, including the Joburg Open and Volvo China Open, as well as an associate sponsor at the BMW PGA Championship.

As part of its sponsorship agreement with the British Masters supported by Sky Sports, Hilton Milton Keynes will be the event’s Official Hotel, accommodating players and officials during the tournament week.

Jamie Birkmyre, Championship Director of the British Masters, said: “We are delighted that Hilton has extended its strong relationship with The European Tour to include becoming an Official Partner of the British Masters supported by Sky Sports.

“Like The European Tour, Hilton is a global brand and one which our players can rely on, so it fantastic to have them on board for the return of the British Masters to The Race to Dubai for the first time since 2008.”

“We are excited to be extending our partnership to become an Official Partner of the British Masters supported by Sky Sports” said Aligi Gardenghi, Vice President Marketing Europe, Middle East & Africa. “These partnerships not only provide a fantastic opportunity for us to showcase our portfolio of hotels across the region and some of the great ‘Stay and Play’ packages available for guests to enjoy, but it also enables us to offer members of our Hilton HHonors programme, the award-winning guest-loyalty program for our 12 distinct hotel brands, unique opportunities and experiences to connect with the sport they love, golf.”

Ryder Cup star Ian Poulter, the 12-time European Tour winner who is attached to Woburn Golf Club, will host the £3million tournament, which takes place over the Marquess Course.

While the opening round of the British Masters supported by Sky Sports has completely sold out, tickets are still available for the final three rounds, which take place from Friday October 9 to Sunday October 11.

Any one day tickets, which can be used on any of these days, cost £25 (£15 concession) before October 4. The full gate price is £30.

Adult season tickets (Friday – Sunday) cost £65 (£35 concession) before October 4. The full gate price for a season ticket is £75.

Woburn Golf Club will also host the Travis Perkins Masters on the European Senior Tour from September 4-6, and spectators can purchase combined tickets for both events.

A combined any one day ticket for the British Masters and any one day for the Travis Perkins Masters costs £32.50 (£22.50 concessions) if purchased before September 1, while a season ticket for the British Masters plus an any one day ticket for the Travis Perkins Masters costs £72.50 (concessions £42.50) before September 1.
