Fun for all the family at The Senior Open Presented by Rolex

In addition to the world-class golf at The Senior Open Presented by Rolex, the Old Course at St Andrews will also host a number of activities for all the family to enjoy from July 26-29, 2018.

The All-Stars Band

On the first three days of the championship, Thursday to Saturday, former Scotland rugby union international Andy Nicol will host Q&A sessions with golfers taking part in this year’s Senior Open.

From 3pm each day, these sessions will give you the opportunity to turn panellist and ask legends of the game questions about their history in golf, tips, thoughts on the current superstars and whatever else comes to mind.

The All-Stars Band will bring a close to proceedings on Sunday July 29, playing a 90-minute long set in the Spectator Village after the final putt has dropped and prize presentation has concluded.

Having previously played at The Ryder Cup and BMW PGA Championship at Wentworth Club, the All-Stars Band promise to put on a superb show and end an incredible weekend of golf in style.

In the Spectator Village there will be a number of activities to keep fans of all ages entertained, including: golf nets and lessons with PGA professionals, a golf simulator, a seven-hole putting challenge, exhibition stands and merchandise stalls.

Championship Director Jamie Birkmyre said: “We are delighted to welcome Andy Nicol to The Senior Open Presented by Rolex when he hosts question and answer sessions with some of our stars.

“The All-Stars band will provide a fitting end to a memorable week of golf at St Andrews and we encourage all spectators to stay and enjoy the show on Sunday afternoon.”

Tickets for The Senior Open Presented by Rolex are available from £13.50here.

Under-16s gain free entry and free parking is also available.
