Paddy's Pizza Pies
Paddy’s Pizza Pies serve authentic 10” Neapolitan style pizza, from our mobile wood fire oven, using the finest Irish and Italian ingredients we can source. Many of our suppliers are local artisan producers such as Ger’s Hot Honey, The Wooded Pig meats, Too Savage plant-based dips, Sabanero Artisan cheese, Kerrigan’s mushrooms, which is as important to us as the pizzas we make. There’s so much to respect about Neapolitan pizza - from its centuries old traditions to the fact that it should never cut corners on quality ingredients.
