Entry forms for the Staysure PGA Seniors Championship at London Golf Club from August 2-5 are now available.
The field of 90 competitors will be made up of the leading 60 players on the 2018 Staysure Tour Exemption Categories List, the leading 15 players in the 2018 Senior PGA Professional Championship, not otherwise exempt, a maximum of three invitations, and former winners of the BMW PGA Championship, not otherwise exempt.
The balance of the field will be determined by an 18-hole qualifying round on Monday July 30, taking place on the International Course at London Golf Club during the week of the Championship. London Golf Club hosted the European Open in 2008 and 2009, and the Volvo World Match Play in 2014, in addition to the Bendinat London Seniors Masters in 1995 and from 2005-2007.
Staysure, who became the first title sponsors of the European Senior Tour on January 2, 2018, are title sponsors of the returning PGA Seniors Championship.
Australia’s Peter Fowler was the last winner of the PGA Seniors Championship at Close House in 2015, and the tournament returns to the Staysure Tour’s International Schedule this season for the first time in three years.
