The leading 45 Members from the 2003 Challenge Tour Rankings as at October 19, at the end of the Turespana Mallorca Classic, will qualify to play the Challenge Tour Grand Final.
The 45 players will all play one round on each of the four days of the tournament. There is no Cut.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the leading 15 Members in the Challenge Tour Rankings will earn their European Tour Card for 2004 (Category 10).
