Thomas Detry maintained his four shot lead at Heythrop Park Resort after carding a three under par round of 69 at the Bridgestone Challenge on the European Challenge Tour.
Finishing his third round on Sunday morning after play was suspended overnight due to darkness, the Belgian kept his cool to make one birdie over the nine holes he had left to complete today.
The 23 year old, who has only dropped one shot so far this week, is 20 under par overall and is four ahead of Spain’s Scott Fernandez and South Africa’s Thriston Lawrence.
Road to Oman Number Four Jordan Smith shot a seven under par round of 65 to climb up to fourth place on a total of 15 under par, where he is joined by America’s Sihwan Kim.
