Two-time Major Champion John Daly has confirmed he will play in the Austrian golfOpen presented by Lyoness at Diamond Country Club from September 22-25.
The 45 year old will attempt to win the title for the first time in his career to add to previous victories on The European Tour in the 2001 BMW International Open, the 1991 US PGA Championship and the 1995 Open Championship.
The event returns for a third year to Diamond Country Club outside the capital, Vienna, and Spaniard José Manuel Lara will be the defending champion.
