George Coetzee could not hold onto his overnight lead as Jean Hugo took the Vodacom Origins of Golf tournament at Pretoria Country Club with a three stroke victory.
Hugo's outward nine all but won him the tournament as he made two eagles and two birdies to turn in a six under par 30.
Coetzee finished level with Adilson Da Silva in second at his home course as he made four bogeys in his opening seven holes.
The European Tour Member pulled a shot back with a birdie on the ninth, and then three more birdies on his way home lifted him back into second with Da Silva.
