What. A. Season. Only two players won three titles on The European Tour in the 2015 Race to Dubai, with one of those being… yep, you guessed it, Rory McIlroy, and the other Andy Sullivan, the Englishman who enjoyed a dream campaign.
Sullivan’s talent and promise was hardly a secret at the start of the season, with the Nuneaton man having registered a second and third place finish in The 2014 Race to Dubai - however few people could have guessed quite how much of an impact ‘Sulli’ would have had in 2015.
His infectious smile and cheery nature was brought to the fore in only the third event of the season, at The South African Open Championship Hosted by the City of Ekurhuleni, before further victories at the Joburg Open and then Portugal Masters later in the year - plus a strong challenge at the season-ending DP World Tour Championship.
