Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship day three - What they said

Tyrrell Hatton will take a one-shot lead into the final round of the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship with a large and intimidating pack trying to chase him down.

Here, we take a look at what some of the leading contenders had to say after their third rounds.

Martin Kaymer (72, -12)

"Overall, I would call it an okay day. It's still a very good position to be in for the final round. I fed off the first two rounds a little bit but today I found it very difficult to play. I know some of the guys, they shot very good scores. I found it a bit more difficult to make birdies today, especially getting on the fairways and then creating birdie chances. Level par is not really bad. I just really enjoy the challenge tomorrow. I'm not having a lot of pressure of winning the golf tournament. Always when you lead a golf tournament by three or four shots you kind of expect yourself to win and I don't really have that pressure tomorrow. I know I've done very well here in the past so I can play very free and very aggressive tomorrow."

Tommy Fleetwood (70, -12)

"The wind came out of a different direction and a few holes played longer than what they have been. I just had a lot of putts that hit the edge but 70 is a good score. I'm two behind when I started and one behind now, so better. I'd rather it be three players within three shots but it will be good. I've never actually done that great here so it's great to be up there. The course has been playing fair. That said, there's a lot of players with a chance. I can't really focus on that too much. Just play your golf. If you let it get to you and you start thinking about what everybody else is doing, it will drive you mental. So just keep going."

Henrik Stenson (71, -10)

"It could have been a bit better finish today. Dropping one on 17 and not making birdie on 18, I could have been in a great position coming into Sunday. But I guess to some degree, we're still at the races. I've just got to play better tomorrow and make up more ground. But it's all possible, we've seen that in the past. I know I've got to shoot in the mid 60s, I think, to have a chance and that's definitely doable. I've just got to try to carry on. I was happy with my ball-striking today for most of the round and I just shaved the edges too many times with the putter. But all in all, I think I played my best round today."

Alex Noren (68, -10)

"I was a lot better off the tee, never in any problems. A little bit longer off the tee and it helps a lot, you can get a few more wedges out there instead of longer irons. And I putted better today than the first two rounds. It's going to be nice. I came out to a good start today compared to yesterday. Felt a little bit easier. It's nice. I like this course and it's a nice tournament, so I'm looking forward to tomorrow."
