Ian Poulter putted his way to a two-shot lead after three rounds of the Ivory Coast Open in Abidjan.
Ian Poulter kept his nerve and his two-shot overnight advantage to win the Ivory Coast Open, his first Challenge Tour title, in hot and sunny Abidjan.
Olivier Maire, who only became a Challenge Tour member on the eve of the Open de Cote D'Ivoire, celebrated by shooting a four-under-par 68 to lead after the first round.
The European Challenge Tour resumes this week by returning to Africa for the 18 éme Open de Côte D'Ivoire in Abidjan.
