Won his first European Tour title at the 2018 Shot Clock Masters in his 146th attempt on the European Tour. He then went on to claim his second title the following year with a play-off victory over Benjamin Hebert at the Volvo China Open.

Began playing the game aged ten after his father had started a year earlier. Played junior and amateur golf with Mikko Ilonen.

Has bounced between Challenge Tour and European Tour, and has also graduated from Qualifying School (including a win in the Final Stage in 2014) four times.

Enjoys cooking and is a burgeoning wine buff.
